The Andrew Lawson Memorial Scholarship

Andrew Lawson, passed away in February 2018 after a courageous two year battle with cancer. Andrew was a three sport athlete at Norwell High School. He earned varsity letters in Soccer, Basketball and Track and Field. After graduating in 2008 Andrew continued to be associated with Norwell athletics serving as a coach for both the Boys Soccer and Basketball teams. Andrew was an inspiration to all who knew him and came into contact with him. His larger than life personality and sense of humor brought a smile to everyone’s face. The Andrew Lawson scholarship will be awarded to the Norwell student athlete, manager or team contributor who displays heart and dedication to Norwell Athletics.
